"Tigerland" was a unique live stream puzzle experience for us. I wouldn't call it an escape room but we still had a mystery to solve. You'll be joined by a game master who would monitor the room for the entire session. Once he introduced the story, he stayed silent throughout the game. You could ask for unlimited hints with this game.
Since our mission was to found out who took Bobby Majestic's money, we had to review every suspect's alibi. In order for us to get through to the alibi we had to solve a series of puzzles and unlock their files. It was easy to split the puzzle load within our team and work on them simultaneously. When we had all of the files unlocked, we were able to listen to the alibi separately. We found this method to be the best way to keep the game flow. At the end, we came to discuss all the alibis we heard and by using the deduction method, we came up with the right thief. The characters in the alibis did a great job at entertaining us and there were definitely a few favorites.
Since listening to the alibi does take a long time, we did ask the owner if 60 minutes was going to be enough for the groups. He informed us that sometimes he just let the groups stay as long as they want to in the zoom session until they complete the puzzles. We thought that was very nice of them. We were shocked when we heard the owner say he's able to host 1800 people at once for these type of games. The corporations and colleges love it due to the team building aspects and we enjoyed it even more as a more intimate setting.
(If you do decide to try this game, please remember to let them know that you heard it from"ESCAPETHEROOMers"!)
