"Quarantine" was a "text-led" digital game. You can play anytime after you download it. The story started with the disappearance of Jonàs Colomes, a famous epidemiologist. At the time, he was advising the government on possible outbreaks of viruses and bacteria. His sister Anna Colomes decided to follow the trails and find her missing brother.

I'm a big fan of CSI so this was definitely my type of game. The conversation between Anna was pretty smooth as she took various answers and responded reasonably. The puzzles required some website searching which made us feel like real detectives on a case. It would've been helpful for Anna to give us at least how many letters or numbers were needed for the solution as there were times we were unsure how we would be able to know to input the entire answer or partial. Even though the game was translated to English, there was a puzzle that involved you to know Spanish. It was confusing for us as some of the English translation for that puzzle was not a direct translation to Spanish. The puzzles were definitely challenging and we actually learned a type of puzzle that we've never encountered before. This game kept us entertained for more than an hour. If you are up for a challenge and not looking to break your bank, give this game a try!

(If you do decide to try this game, please remember to let them know that you heard it from"ESCAPETHEROOMers"!)
