I was pretty excited to play this game. I'm sure you know by now from the name of the game what type of theme it was going to be. I've always dreamed to be taller and stronger. This was my chance! I was ready to save the day...
The format of this audio escape was similar to the ones we've done. You will get an intro of the story from the host and puzzles were presented to you through images. The game was hosted on Discord so if you don't have the program you'll need to download it. The game host will walk you through the functions once you join into the room.
The difference between this audio escape and some of the other ones we've tried was the story line and a very entertaining host. Brian was a natural at this. He added accents to the character in the story and always had witty comebacks for our suggestions. Of course we reciprocated with even "wittier" demands. This went on for about 1 hour and 2 minutes till we successfully saved the world. In the end, my jaws were sore from laughing so hard. We almost didn't want the game to end. And props to the writer of the script! Some ideas were so innovative we have no idea how they were able to come up with it. This was definitely one of our favorite audio escape room experiences so far.
If you do decide to give this room a try (which you definitely should), 3-6 people would be our suggested number (we were joined by our friend, Brit of an Escape Habit, and made an unstoppable team of 3). I don't want to give away too much on the details but everyone will feel like a hero by the end of the game. If you never had a chance to fulfill your childhood fantasy of becoming a super hero, this is your chance!
