Be cautious—staying too long might ensnare your soul in the Haunted Manor!

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE

• Upon entering the manor's living room, we were captivated by the exquisite ambiance lighting and the engaging introduction by an animated character in the storyline.

• We really enjoyed tackling an "unconventional puzzle" right at the start of the game, which perfectly complemented the theme.

• Solving a puzzle while uncovering the background story was a brilliant method to "force" us to learn about the storyline.

• A later puzzle offered a unique "perspective" that is rarely seen in escape rooms, yet it aligned with the theme perfectly.

• The game concluded with a narrative delivered by a character from the game, providing a much more satisfying finish than merely watching the clock stop or having the GM greet you at the end.

🧩 MISSED THE MARK

• This room would greatly benefit from more "jump scare" moments to amplify the "haunted" atmosphere. Adding sound effects would also be advantageous.

• One of the clues was challenging to read in the dim lighting, prompting us to use a clue.

• There's a space in the game that could be better utilized, whether through additional decor or more puzzles.

While some puzzle solutions might be more apparent to experienced players, beginners will encounter their first "wow" moments with the reveals. We appreciated how the storyline unfolds through puzzles, catering to players who prefer not to read extensively in an escape room.
