📖 THE STORY
After many years of research and translation of hundreds of ancient scripts, you are here! If you are right, your discovery of Atlantis will rewrite the history! In this game you get to explore the ancient ruins, attempting to prevent the extinction of Atlantis itself!

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE
This GAME OVER venue only opened about a month prior to our arrival, so everything inside was still looking pristine. The room design certainly evokes a mythical underwater world with a good use of lighting and sound. There are some well-crafted props, which work perfectly with the theme, but their inclusion is quite minimal.
In addition to creative lighting, the room itself has been very professionally built. Although there are no genuine stone pillars or walls, you wouldn’t necessarily know it; the visual effects are very well done.
There is one unique special effect that pushes the immersion further, the inclusion of an actual waterfall that separates the two halves of the game! In order for us to traverse these two halves we must, of course, solve numerous puzzles which will halt the falling water.
The room offers a varied number of puzzles, which includes searching, observation and decoding, as well as a couple of team-based tasks. For us, finding two specific team-based challenges was a big plus (often rooms might only ever include just the one), although to be honest, each and every puzzle had us all constantly engaged.
The clue system is well done. It consists of a touch screen with a ‘help’ button as well as displaying our game time. We have typically found preset clues to be unhelpful (telling us things we already know), however in this game the clues were actually useful to us.
🧩 MISSED THE MARK
We didn’t find any areas which missed the mark in a significant way, however there were a couple of small details which, if fixed, could easily elevate the experience that little bit more.
Disguise non-game elements – there are regular door handles on the exits and a wire running across the floor with a black covering that stick out. It’s a shame that these escaped the designer’s attention considering how high the production value is for the rest of the room.
Hidden objects – There are several objects which we needed to search for in order to complete puzzles. We felt they were placed a bit too simply, e.g. just in the corner of the room, and not somewhere you would think to look or somewhere creative, like in a sea shell or a hidden compartment, etc.
🏹 TAKE A SHOT?
The high-quality set design and cooperative puzzles made this a fun and engaging experience for us. The game plays best with 2-4, although can accommodate up to six players. However, we think that six will make the room too cramped and potentially leave some people with little to do. We found this to be the hardest of the three rooms at this Game Over location, so ideal for those seeking a challenge!
ℹ️ ADDITIONAL INFO

Reading about the Lost City of Atlantis escape room reminded me how much people enjoy discovering hidden worlds and solving mysteries. A few weeks ago, I spent time exploring different types of games that create the same feeling of adventure, from escape rooms to multiplayer mobile games with unique characters and special abilities. What I enjoy most is how both experiences reward curiosity and exploration. Whether you are uncovering secrets in an ancient lost city or trying out new characters and updates in a game, the excitement comes from finding something unexpected and learning how everything works together. That sense of discovery is what keeps these experiences fun and memorable.
I really enjoyed reading about the “Lost City of Atlantis” escape room experience in Luterbach, especially how the puzzles and underwater theme create such an immersive adventure. It reminded me of another interesting puzzle-based experience where players also need teamwork and problem-solving skills in a game-style environment. You can check a related gaming experience here and another related interactive gaming platform that also focuses on engaging challenges and entertainment is https://nullbrawl.com.br/nulls-brawl-pc/ which offers a different but fun gaming experience for players who enjoy strategy and problem-solving content.
Really enjoyed this review of Lost City of Atlantis! The emphasis on teamwork, solving puzzles together, and discovering hidden secrets sounds like what makes a great adventure experience. It reminded me of how special events and collaborative challenges keep players engaged in gaming communities as well. Recently, I came across the Gigi Stranger Things update in Null’s Brawl, which also focuses on unique challenges, exploration, and cooperative gameplay elements. It's always interesting to see how both escape rooms and games create immersive worlds that encourage players to think creatively and work together. Great write-up and thanks for sharing your experience!
