📖 THE STORY

Each of us, as a child, escaped at times into a world of imagination. We built our own kingdoms out of dreams and believed that everything was possible. Fairy tales helped us understand the world – they taught us about kindness, friendship and courage. They shaped who we became long before we grew up. But something has changed...

The world of fairy tales is falling apart. Chaos has taken over their pages. Evil has seized control, and happy endings have disappeared. We can no longer escape into stories, because even there it’s no longer safe. Our childhood dreams, our imagination, our sense of comfort – all gone. The world that once made us feel safe has been destroyed. And now… the final day of fairy tales has arrived.

Evil has crept into every story and twisted its meaning. Fairy tales teach something entirely different now – that trickery pays off, that lies can be called cleverness, that the end justifies the means. Suddenly, everything we were taught stops mattering. What would the world look like if, from childhood, we believed that evil is wiser than good? Everything now depends on you.

You must save the land of imagination. You must believe in miracles again – just like when everything seemed possible. Take the fate of our stories into your own hands and bring back happy endings. Restore the power of imagination so the child within us never fades away. You have 80 minutes to set the world of fairy tales right, to save our imagination, our stories, our hopes.

If we really try to find something to nitpick on, it would be the very last puzzle. It feels like you’ve already done everything, but the game requires one more action, and it’s not very obvious, in my opinion.

“Your Fairy Tale” is a wonderful, very kind, and cozy escape room. It’s perfect for playing with family or friends. It will appeal both to the youngest players and to “grown-up kids.” An ideal story to escape from our everyday gray routine.
