Read our review on the "Sherlocked" room in order to find out more information on this escape location. We heard a lot of positive reviews about this room and was very eager to try it. Once again, our game master was in character from the beginning to end. From the surround sound system to the production quality of the maze, this was hands down the best that we've ever seen. When you enter the room, you already have a feeling of entrapment and sometimes actually feel a slight breeze as if someone's following you. It's not scary in the sense of horror but definitely in the sense of suspense. Due to the theme of the room, the lights were pretty much dim throughout. But there were parts that involved strobe lights which affected one of our friend's and she got a little bit dizzy in there. So if you are susceptible to flashing lights, this might not be the room for you. The puzzles didn't feel that challenging to us. However, kids would probably do better in this room since it involves a lot of searching for hidden objects. The only issue we experienced was that music was loud and delayed our game master from acknowledging our request for hints. There was also a delay in triggering one of the high-tech puzzles, but not sure if that was because it's manual or not. Other than that, we had a blast in this room and we're always looking forward to trying another "Komnata Quest" room in the near future.
