This escape room is located one flight up and there are no elevators. There's a waiting area with plenty of seats when you first arrive, but not much decor except for photos of the past players. We've played a similar themed room - "Ultimate Heist" at "Clue Chase" in NYC. In comparison, this one wasn't as enjoyable. We brought another couple with us to try out this room, but we weren't as immersed as the other room. It's pretty much just a room full of different types of puzzles to solve. This is definitely more fun with a lot of people since everyone could tackle a puzzle being that they aren't linear at all. We were too involved in solving the puzzles and robbing the money that we forgot to leave time to actually escape at the end. This is why we ultimately failed. So be sure to keep that in mind during your gameplay. We did notice that a lot of the puzzles felt worn out and there was one puzzle where you clearly can see where the answer was because it's been placed there numerous times. The concept was a lot of fun, but hopefully they can revamp the room for for future players.
