This location has plenty of parking and the entrance is at the back of the building complex. There's no elevator and you will have to climb two flights of stairs. The lobby area is quite spacious and they also have a party room where they can host events with food and drinks. We were joined by a lovely couple and the four of us were able to move around comfortably in this room. This is probably the largest escape room in terms of size that we've done up until now. The beginning puzzles were a bit more challenging but the ending seemed to die down a bit. The puzzles were quite linear so you'll have to solve most of them together before moving forward onto the next. The decor of the room was meant to be a little bit horrific, but even with a few props, it kinda lacked in design. The bright lights made it easier to play, but maybe for the theme, they should have added some "scary" light effects and sounds. Overall, it was a very fun room and we loved their puzzles. We are definitely considering trying their other rooms in the future.
