📖 THE STORY

Investigating in a remote village on a rainy and dark day isn't really reassuring right? Add to it the fact that some of the villagers seem to be part of a demonic cult and are trying to wake an old demon up and doom the world. This experience is fantastic for people who love horror rooms: a lot of dark and spooky places, an atmosphere and a story that give you chills, actors that perfectly know when and how to scare you, a well designed scenery to increase the immersion and make you forget you are in a game and that's it: you are starting to run for your life!

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE

The immersion starts right at the beginning with the game master, so be prepared for some role-play with a very original introduction to the game!
The playground is HUGE! You will have to explore many places inside, many different themes and spooky places for the thrill! It’s not an escape room anymore, it’s an adventure! The set is very well decorated and way above the average rooms in Athens, special congratulations for this part!
The actors are very good and know exactly when to appear, plus they coordinate very well to create memorable sceneries for your eyes!
During your game, you will have many different playstyles to adopt, making you the hero of your own adventure!
Riddles are pretty to understand and solve but the diversity of mechanisms is above Athens’ average

Escape rooms in Athens are 95% horror based. Greek players are fond of jump scares, nice references to iconic horror movies, they want adrenaline more than solving puzzles. For them, immersion should be the top point to validate an escape room: you have actors and actresses that know their job, where and when to scare you in the most efficient way, every situation is calculated in advance for the most impact. "Chapel & Catacombs" is simple EXCEPTIONAL! This room is one of the highest ranked in TERPECA ranking (TOP 1 in 2022 and TOP 3 in 2023) and totally deserves it: the set, the game design, the actors and the interactions we have with them, the gameplay, the adrenaline going crescendo till the end of the game with a climax! I strongly advise you to visit Athens at least for this room. It’s totally worth it!

ℹ️ ADDITIONAL INFO

There are some parking spots not far from the place but it’s not too far from a metro station if you don’t have a car, every room in Athens can be reached by metro + walking
I wouldn’t recommend pregnant women to play this room unfortunately.
There is no lobby. You can store your belongings in a box.
There is a gym in another floor, toilets should be available there I think.
