Madame Tussauds NYC - "Mission: Undead"
Updated: Nov 11, 2020
📖 THE STORY
Mission: “Undead” is a unique 7D multi-sensory interactive gaming experience. e were competing to see who would be able to shoot more zombies to save the world from the apocalypse.
🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE
CGI was pretty well done with this zombie game. They would pop up right in front of you and create a “jump scare” moment. There was plenty of blood splatters during the game so pending on how much you'd like your kids to see, you may want to look at some previews of our footages first to make a decision.
Seats were comfortably designed. vSome impact can be felt when there was a sudden drop or a collision. You will be wearing a seat belt, so safety was definitely in place.
The competition aspect was a lot of fun.
Surround sound system was great throughout.
🧩 MISSED THE MARK
There were a few moments when we were moving too quick and I felt a little dizzy so pending on how well you do with 3D/4D movies, you might want to consider if you’ll be comfortable with this game or not.
We didn’t really feel other sensors being stimulated as much. Perhaps adding smell, wind factor or water spray at times might with the immersive experience more.
If the glasses can be more of an enclosed VR type so you don’t see the shadows of other players next to you during the game, it will bring the experience to another level.
When we got out, the score board had already disappeared from the screen and there was no way to bring it back which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if the employee at the station could bring it back for players that would like to see their scores since that was the most exciting ending aspect of the game.
🏹 TAKE A SHOT?
This is a fun game to play with friends and family. Let your competitive side loose and see if you can be the hero that saves the day!
Don't hit the civilians.
