🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE

  • The set design of this room was top notch. When we walked in, we immediately felt like we were imprisoned inside of a dark dungeon. From the eerie lighting to the creaking wood under our feet, everything was made to give us a chill down our spines.

  • Some of the props and puzzles really had the theme in mind and we actually felt like we were being "tortured".

  • There was a giant physical puzzle that we haven't seen used anywhere in a room before. It took some time to finally unlock it but it was a nice touch rather than a normal locking mechanism.

🧩 MISSED THE MARK

  • There's three music puzzles in this room and it began to feel a bit repetitive after awhile. One of the music puzzles also felt difficult to relate to the picture clue as it's not very clear what it's depicting.

  • The use of one of the props confused us as we didn't know it had to be pointed a certain way, plus the lights were quite dim inside the room. It would be nice to make this clue a bit more visible.

  • There was one prop in the latter part of the game that felt like it should be used, but currently it's not doing anything.

  • The finale needed to be a bit more impactful and also we needed it to connect to the storyline. What did we accomplish? We didn't know we finished the game until the GM just came on the microphone to congratulate our team which took us out of the immersion.

🏹 TAKE A SHOT?

This has been our favorite PanIQ Room game so far. The set design accompanied the theme really well. We are big fans of eerie/horror themes (not ones with live actors) so this was right up our alley. The room is actually quite difficult and filled with puzzles. You can easily divide and conquer in this room and it definitely helps to have good eyesight. If you enjoy a challenge, bring your team to help you survive this dungeon!
