📖 THE STORY
Well, it can’t be true can it?? They want to demolish Brighton Pavilion??? People are in uproar, and there has been a petition drawn up that has attracted all the signatures it needs to stop it from happening. But oh no! The petition is somewhere inside the building! If you can’t find it and present it before the demolition work starts in an hour, the building will be lost forever. Can you locate the petition and get out before the bulldozers move in?!

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE
Your team is collected from reception by a supremely distinguished and nattily dressed butler - they explain all you need to know and helps you with any questions.
They open the huge double doors (a first for us) in a very grand manner - perhaps the best entrance to a room I have ever had!
Yet another amazingly authentic theme - decoration, props, furniture, music, all sourced and painstakingly recreated to give a Victorian feeling to the room and as if you really are inside the pavilion itself.
The puzzles are in keeping with the theme, not too much “tech” and no directional locks or things that wouldn’t be around in the era. A good mix of teamwork, logic, physical puzzles and codes.
There is a very cute clue system which again we didn’t make use of. Really should get into the habit of asking for a clue for something we have already done just to test out the clue system!
🧩 MISSED THE MARK
We actually managed to solve a puzzle by chance way before we got the actual information required, which is a shame, but ultimately we felt quite proud of ourselves!
🏹 TAKE A SHOT?
All of Pier Pressure’s games are worth playing - and each is very different. No matter what you enjoy there is a room for you, and this one is definitely for the fans of tactile and logic puzzles rather than padlocks! There’s plenty to keep a large team working together in fact it comes in very handy later on! If you love recent history, architecture or old buildings, Brighton itself, and lots of Crystal Maze style puzzles with some lovely a-ha! moments then you will very much enjoy this room! Take a look at pictures of the pavilion that the room is based on. It’s amazing how authentic it really is!

Extra achievements can be awarded in Pier Pressure’s games for how you play - such a lovely touch!
Discounts on a tasty beverage (adults only) at a local venue are available on completion of a room and multi-room discounts are available when booking.
There isn’t any immediate parking but there is a car park just 400m away.
