This escape room feels like a private house. There's a few parking spots in the back and street parking in the front. You'll need to climb a few steps to the door. This is our first time attempting one of their escape rooms. The room is well decorated and definitely stuck with the storyline of a magician's work space. We felt that the room was a bit small but it was perfect for two people. A large group may feel a little too claustrophobic and there's only a few puzzles to work on. We enjoyed the ending as it felt like a great conclusion to the storyline. The mixture of high-tech and basic locks were a perfect combination (no pun attended). There aren't too many red herrings in this room, which we liked. The two of us escaped with some time left. The customer service is great as they actually do a personal call to you after you complete the room to ask about your experience and feedback. We'll be back to try another room soon.
