2024 Bullseye Award gave recognition to escape rooms and games in categories such as "Best Set Design", "Best Storyline", "Best Online Game", "Best Video Game", "Best In-Person Escape Room", "Best Table-Top Game" etc... Bullseye Awards Every year we recognize some of the "best" games we've played throughout the year. "Best" is a relative term and we don't think it needs to be singular or honor just one winner in each category. With a team of 20 reviewers from all over the world, we've played approximately 1,000+ games . Below are essentially our top 10% of the games we like to honor with an award this year. We also added a new category of "TV Series/Film" award this year. Starting from the "Individual Category" awards , we feel that these games stood out in one of these categories: "Set Design", "Puzzle Design", "Fun Atmosphere", "Cooperative Elements", "Innovative Ideas" "Graphics", "Puzzle Hunts", and "Unique Storyline". In our " Theme Category " awards, these were games we felt best represented a certain theme with their design, puzzles, and storytelling. The 7 categories were "Adventure", "Crime", "Fantasy", "Horror", "Mystery", "Sci-Fi" and "Thriller". Finally our most prestigious category, " Best Overall ", were games/experiences that we felt hit all the targets in terms of set design, story, immersion, and puzzles. There were a few ties for the 20th position, so you'll see a few more than 20 companies in each category. 521 games were nominated in the "In-Person Escape Rooms" category 64 games were nominated in the "Live-Hosted Games" category 100 games were nominated in the "Table-Top Games" category 87 games were nominated in the "Online Games" category "Semi-finalist" round opens for voting from Dec. 11th–16th . Voting for this round ends at midnight EST (NY time) on Dec. 16th. Top 10* finalist will move on to the "finalist round" (Dec. 17th–22nd) .
