Hi! I'm Joelyn and I'm a writer and creative process geek from Singapore. While my first Escape Room experience was in 2012 (when Japan's "Real Escape Game" came to Singapore), I remembered being a puzzle person since I started playing word searches, brain teasers, and "Carmen Sandiego Detective Games" by Broderbund. Game-wise, I'm also into RPGs, puzzle-based games and immersive experiences, and board games. My current mission is to find and experience as many non-horror, in-person Escape Room experiences as I can find. When not in the middle of a puzzle, I write thrillers across genres, research creative processes, and am somewhere in the middle of Stardew Valley, or whereever Bokujo Monogatari or Professor Layton games are set.
