In order to gain access to the main door, you will need to call the number and get a pin to enter to go inside. The location does not have an elevator and it's one floor up. The lobby is well designed with decor and lockers to place your items while you enter your room. The game master will immerse you into the story right away from the beginning and remain in character all the way until the end. The set design of the room was pretty high quality as well. The room is well maintained and feels very much like the rooms in London. You'll have some reading to do and a few clues to follow in order to piece everything together for the ending just like a detective. So if you are into crime solving, this is the room for you. The way the clues are given in the room are also quite clever. They definitely incorporated the "High-Tech" with the theme quite well and all of them were fully functional! We did have a frustration moment with the last puzzle but ultimately we were able to solve it. We completed this room with just the two of us and got out with only a few minutes left. This was however the most expensive escape room that we've done so far. But as far as production goes, we felt that it was well worth it and will most likely return soon.
