This is the first remote escape room we've tried. It really fulfilled our itch for escape rooms during this quarantine period. We didn't know what to expect and was very curious as to how we would feel having someone else play the game for us. Does that mean we're not solving any puzzles? Our avatar was very much in character playing someone who's been kidnapped. This is definitely an important immersive element now in these remote escape rooms since we're losing the light and sound perspective so a fun experience and a positive review depends a lot on how the avatar "plays" the game. We enjoyed the "urgency" reminders though his time checks as it felt like we're actually there. The room was also nicely decorated with just the right amount of decor to avoid any red herring. A nice overview of the room will be sent to you beforehand so you can direct your avatar with ease. I'm glad we were introduced with this positive experience as our first remote escape room as we've been trying more of them ever since! Be prepared with some pen and paper because your game starts NOW!
(If you do decide to try this game, please remember to let them know that you heard it from"ESCAPETHEROOMers"!)
