They are usually pretty fast at responding on the phone or on their website with the chat-box. When you get upstairs to their location, there's a small waiting room in the front and an even smaller room in the back. But usually there's still a crowd and you will just have to stand. We liked the designs of this room as it resembled a "dig site" quite well. There's not that many locks or puzzles to be solved, so this room is more for it's set design more than anything else. There was a bit of a glitch in one of the tech parts as when we solved the puzzle there was a delay in the opening of the door. We had a group of 6 people and escaped with plenty of time left. I think it was just the right amount of people. It might feel a bit crowded with eight people and there weren't that many puzzles that we had to divide and conquer. We will be back to try their new rooms in the future!
