You wake up and find yourself in the middle of the sea, floating on a raft drifting towards an unidentified island. Where were you going? How did you find your way here? You only have your survival pack of items and the island ahead of you to find out. Will you be able to get yourself back to safety? Go through the puzzles that lay ahead of you to find out.

This multi-puzzle, multi-chapter (each chapter is a puzzle) point-n-click game progresses when players manage to solve each puzzle with the images and items in the survival pack given. Hints and solutions are provided at the bottom of each chapter page, though each hint will add a minute to your final time and each solution will add three minutes.
However, do take note that unlike what I was expecting - which was a multiplayer-enabled, account-based game that progressed for the team as soon as one member solved the puzzle, hosted on the game’s website - it turned out to be a game where all four of us in our party had to go through the game on our own, despite all logging in to the same account.

Puzzles here were highly visual - given how much art and design was put to place. While most puzzles were not difficult to put together, they still required a keen sense of observation and patience. One of the puzzles nearly sent one of our team members into a frenzy because it was too tedious and took too much time despite the straightforward steps. This was probably my only complaint about the puzzles - apart from 1 or 2 puzzles that required hints to decipher a slight leap of logic, one of the main challenges here was to get through puzzles that were tedious.
You knew what to do, it was just a lot of going back and forth to do so. Though I would also caveat this and say that personally, I see no harm in asking for hints - so if your escape timing was not that big of a concern for you, just enjoy the process.
And for all the puzzle work that was done, the ending was not something I was expecting. While the ending was not disappointing, it did leave me wanting to find out more about the lore of the island.
Quick tip - it would be good to remember the kind of puzzles and what you used for each step of the way.

I would imagine this game to be one of those games where either a group of us are seated in front of one single computer and playing together, or a game that everyone either competes or collaborates to go through while the players are communicating with each other via their own channels - Zoom, Streamyard, Discord, the works. While the game is account based, it’s not linked with a multiplayer capability. Therefore, all four of us were going through the puzzles at our own pace, sometimes giving each other hints before we resorted to using one of our own.
If you’re looking for a solo or dual-player experience, The Un-Deserted Island proves to be quite a fun point-and-click puzzle game that takes you through the story chapters. The graphics and using the virtual items in your survival bag are fun, and most of the puzzles are self-contained with the right level of challenge.
You might be able to escape this one, but just be careful where you fall asleep the next time.
