Read our review on "The Illusionist" room to get more information about this escape room location. We decided to try another room of theirs and found this "Underworld" room quite disappointing. We understand this is one of their older and original rooms, but we just didn't expect the level of difference to be this drastic. We did not feel immersed at all in this room. In fact, when you enter you can actually see right through the windows to outside. There were a lot of red herring puzzles in the room that really annoyed us as it wasted a lot of our times and we felt that it was thrown in there because there was really not enough real puzzles to be solved. There was really no storyline at all except to just get out of the room. There were definitely a few props that needed to be replaced due to its worn out state. We did end up getting out with two minutes to spare with just the two of us. Currently this is our official "Red Herring" title holding room. We have one other room we are trying there and hope to have a better experience.
