At the start, our game hosts welcomed us enthusiastically into the zoom call. After some small talk and a few survey questions to break the ice, we were all sent to different breakout rooms and played the games which was led by your designated game host. Each breakout room had about 4 to 6 people in them. Everyone in the same breakout room are on the same team and must work together to play through the games and challenges. Along the way, there were a few bonus games that got us bonus points. There were certain achievements and badges that could be earned along the way as well. After all the challenges were complete, we were all sent back into the main lobby and the scores were tallied to determine the winner.

The puzzles were quite accessible to everyone as they were challenging enough for veteran puzzle players but also could be solved easily by beginners. There were rebuses, code cracking, Tribond style puzzles and some logic puzzles. Since we played the holiday edition, all the answers were related to Christmas and holidays. A small tip though is that there were a few answers that were not directly related to the holidays but things that were more related to December. The hosts were also gracious enough to nudge us along the way and even give us a subtle confirmation nod that we solved them without needing to ask for hints.

The enthusiasm of our game hosts were contagious and they did a fantastic job keeping everyone excited and engaged. This was an entertaining game and even though we played it as a team building event, this can easily be set up with a large group of friends at home. They also offer a regular version of the game that runs the remainder of the year. Playing this game as a team building event for work, everyone was talking about it for the rest of the day about how much fun they had.
