📖 THE STORY

It’s the 1800's and we got tips on a secret passage connecting a saloon to the bank next door. Our team has decided to try to rob as much gold as possible out of the bank before the owner comes back in an hour.

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE

  • We love saloon themes especially when the décor is on point. The hard wood, barrels, saloon bar brought the inner cowboy/cowgirl out of us.

  • Puzzles were really fun in this room. We had a blast with one of them especially when the music and light was seamlessly paired with the “reveal”.

  • There weren’t too many red herrings in this room. Everything that needed to be bolted down was done the right way. The puzzle flow was great and we really enjoyed the variation of the puzzle designs.

🧩 MISSED THE MARK

  • It’s too bad the room was not in its original condition where all the puzzles were working properly. There were two items that no longer worked and it was disappointing to see that it wasn't fixed and was just replaced with a simpler solution while still leaving it left open and disabled. We hope this could be fixed soon so that players can enjoy the full experience. The hints for the previous puzzles were not taken down and it was quite confusing to us during the game play since it’s not able to be utilized anywhere.

  • One item was triggered by a puzzle we solved but we had no idea that something had opened. It would be great to add a sound or light to point to that trigger.

  • The first room definitely felt more fully designed than the latter part of the game. The second part felt rushed as the details did not match the beginning stages.

🏹 TAKE A SHOT?

This was a fun room and probably our favorite out of the 4 rooms at Amazing Escape Room Bloomfield. It was right in the middle in terms of level of the difficulty. The set design was immersive and the puzzles were enjoyable. If they could fix the non-working puzzle, this room has a lot of great potential. If Western themes aren't your cup of tea, let us know and we’ll be happy to suggest the one that best suits you at Amazing Escape Room Bloomfield.

Cheers!!
