We went back to Puzzle Break LI to try another one of their rooms. In comparison to our experience with the first room - "The Grimm Escape", this room wasn't designed as well as the first one. This time we had a group of four people and the room to ourselves. We ultimately escaped but did have to use that many hints along the way. The props stuck with the theme the whole time, but the room still felt rather simple in terms of decor. There were a few puzzles that were hard to "solve" because of the apparatus and it seemed as if we just had to play around with it in order for it to work. There was a good amount of reading involved which was also close to the crunch time at the end. So if reading is not your thing, you might find this a bit more challenging. Once again, having the game master in the room with you just sitting there made us felt a bit uncomfortable to fully experience the escape room.
